District Court Throws Out Lawsuit Over Pipe Fitting Import Markings

A lawsuit to recover duties on imports of iron and steel pipe fittings that were allegedly unmarked or mismarked was dismissed by a federal district court in Pennsylvania Sept. 4 (United States ex rel. Customs Fraud Investigations, LLC v. Victaulic Co., 2014 BL 245240, E.D. Pa., 5:13-cv-02983-MAM, 9/4/14).
