Customs Blocks Unauthorized HUGGIES Imports From Europe

HUGGIES baby wipes made in the U.K. and other parts of Europe will be blocked from importation into the U.S. unless the manufacturer states on the product label that the wipes are not authorized for import by Kimberly Clark, the U.S. trademark owner, under a Customs and Border Protection ruling.

Customs found that HUGGIES baby wipes manufactured in England and Europe differ physically and materially from HUGGIES baby wipes authorized for sale in the U.S. with respect to these characteristics: ingredients, weight and sheet count, packaging features, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
