Certifications from affected domestic producers and anyone else alleging eligibility to receive a distribution under the 2000 Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act (CDSOA) must be received within 60 days of publication of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection notice of intent to distribute offsets for fiscal year 2013, Customs said in its notice scheduled for publication May 31.
Untimely certifications will be denied, making the claimants ineligible.
