China ‘Seriously’ Enforcing Phase-One Pact With U.S., Wang Says

China, in good faith, is “seriously” implementing the phase-one trade deal with the U.S. even it faces difficulties caused by the coronavirus pandemic and complexities in the relations between the two nations, Chinese Vice Commerce Minister Wang Shouwen said, according to a statement on the ministry’s website.
