China Commerce Ministry Lauds WTO Ruling on U.S. Tariff Dispute

China lauds the “objective, impartial” ruling by the WTO experts on its complaint against U.S. tariffs imposed on Chinese goods, the Ministry of Commerce says in a statement late Tuesday, citing its spokesperson.

• China filed the complaint under the WTO dispute settlement mechanism to safeguard its own legitimate rights and interests, demonstrating China’s determination to respect WTO rules and uphold the authority of multilateral trade system
