U.S. Customs and Border Protection June 24 announced a test on new Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) capabilities involving post-summary corrections for import processing.
Under the new test for Entry Summary, Accounts and Revenue (ESAR IV) capabilities, importers will be allowed to use the Automated Broker Interface (ABI)—a module for import processing—to file post-summary corrections (PSCs) of certain pre-liquidation ACE entry summaries that have been accepted by CBP and are fully paid and under CBP control, according to a Federal Register notice (
