Argentex Directors and CFO Quit After FX Firm’s Near-Collapse

Four directors of Argentex Group Plchave resigned along with the company’s chief financial officer following the currency management firm’s near-collapse last month.

Henry Beckwith, Digby Jones, Rina Ladva and Jeff Parker left the board on Friday, the company said in a filing on Monday. Chief Financial Officer Guy Rudolph also quit and will serve a six-month notice period.
