UBS Hires Ex-Goldman Managing Director Suicheng Wang in Tokyo

UBS Group AG hired Suicheng Wang, a former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. managing director, in Tokyo to strengthen its structuring of tailored investment products.

Wang joined the Swiss bank’s securities arm in Japan this week as managing director and head of structuring for the derivatives and solutions department, according to a spokesperson for the firm.

His experience will be “a critical advantage for our solutions as well as re-insurance offerings,” Zenji Nakamura, president of UBS Securities Japan Co., said by email.
