Trust Manager Sued by Insurer Over Bikini Nuclear Refugee Case

An American Financial Group Inc. insurance unit sued a Delaware trust company over coverage for litigation brought by Bikini Atoll alleging the trustee depleted funds meant for islanders relocated during US nuclear testing.

Great American Security Insurance Co.'s policy doesn’t cover Arden Trust Co. for legal costs in the underlying case, the insurer said in a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
