Chicago investment bank Ziegler and its insurers are asking a federal court to put their coverage dispute on hold until underlying litigation against the bank is resolved.
Given the advanced stage of the suits by investors in bonds issued to finance the development of a sports complex, the parties agreed a stay would serve judicial economy and conserve resources, Ziegler and its insurers said in a joint motion filed Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
