Travelers Unit Sued by Advertising Company Over Trademark Case

A California advertising company and related entities sued a Travelers Cos. unit, alleging it breached its contract and acted in bad faith by refusing to defend them in trademark litigation.

Travelers Casualty & Surety Co. of America wrongfully denied insurance coverage under a directors and officers policy, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Central District of California by Ad.com Interactive Media Inc., its Monetize.com Inc. brand, and company executive Danny Bibi.
