A cooperative marketing association of tobacco farmers seeking payment for legal defense costs is dropping its claims against an
US Tobacco Cooperative Inc. and Axis Specialty Insurance Co. filed a stipulation of voluntary dismissal with prejudice Monday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
