Swedish Pension Fund Offers 10% Stake in Asker After Rally

A private equity-focused arm of Sweden’s state pension system is looking to sell a nearly 10% stake in Asker Healthcare Group AB, the first selldown in the stock since it listed earlier this year.

Sjätte AP-fonden, also known as AP6, plans to offer about 38 million shares in the health-care firm. The stake would be worth about 3.38 billion Swedish kronor ($360 million), according to terms seen by Bloomberg. There was enough demand to cover the stock available for sale within minutes of the deal launching, according to the terms.
