Shade Store Sues Insurer Over Coverage for Pricing, Sales Cases

Shade Store LLC is suing its insurer for limiting coverage in two proposed class actions against the window treatment company over its pricing and sales practices.

Everest National Insurance Co.'s policy language expressly provided coverage for consumer protection and antitrust claims such as those brought in the underlying suits, Shade Store said in a complaint Tuesday in the Delaware Superior Court.
