Insurers are suing a scaffolding company over a $411 million verdict rendered against it by a Louisiana jury in a personal injury case.
The jury award isn’t covered under Brock Services LLC’s insurance policies, the excess insurers—Everest Insurance (Ireland) DAC and Ascot Syndicate 1414—said in a complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
