Norfolk Southern Corp. sued a W.R. Berkley Corp. insurance unit and a contractor for legal defense costs in a separate lawsuit brought by the estate of a contractor employee who was killed while replacing railroad tracks.
Nautilus Insurance Co. insured the contractor, National Salvage & Service Corp., under a commercial general liability policy.
