London market insurers are on the hook up to their full policy limits—$200,000 per occurrence—for covered sexual abuse claims against the Archdiocese of New York.
The policy limits aren’t reduced by a $100,000 per-occurrence retention to be paid by the archdiocese before coverage is triggered, the New York Supreme Court, New York County ruled Monday.
