Nationwide Unit Ends Insurance Case Over Consumer Cannabis Suit

A Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. carrier is dropping its suit over coverage for a proposed class action alleging a Massachusetts cannabis company misrepresented its products.

Scottsdale Insurance Co. and the underlying class action plaintiffs filed a joint stipulation of dismissal Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
