Mental Health Tech Firm, Zurich Insurance Unit End Coverage Case

A mental health tech company has agreed to drop its suit against a Zurich Insurance Group AG unit over coverage for underlying shareholder litigation.

BrainTap Inc. and Zurich American Insurance Co. filed a stipulation of dismissal without prejudice in the US District Court for the District of Delaware on Tuesday.
