Lloyd’s Syndicate Drops Injury Coverage Suit Against Energy Firm

A Lloyd’s syndicate is dropping its suit against a Texas-based oil and gas producer over insurance coverage for a personal injury suit alleging exposure to hydrogen sulfide gas at a California site.

Markel Syndicate Management Ltd. filed a notice of dismissal without prejudice Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
