Insurers Ask High Court to Review Louisiana Arbitration Dispute

Units of American International Group Inc., Zurich Insurance Group AG, Axa SA, and other insurers asked the US Supreme Court to review whether a federal act outweighs state law when determining whether arbitration should be required.
