Insurer, Utah Health Clinic Reach Deal Over Data Breach Coverage

A Selective Insurance Group Inc. unit said it reached a settlement with a Utah medical clinic after seeking to limit its coverage for a proposed class action following a 2025 data breach.

The deal with Revere Health PC is being finalized and Selective Insurance Co. of America plans to file dismissal papers within 30 days, the insurer said in a Monday filing in the US District Court for the District of Utah.
