Insurance Group Seeks to Back AIG in New York Ghost Gun Dispute

An insurance trade group is seeking permission from a federal appeals court to weigh in on a coverage dispute relating to public nuisance litigation brought by two New York cities and the state against firearm manufacturers and retailers.
