Insurance-Focused Firm Prosperity Asset Management Adds to Team

Prosperity Asset Management has made a couple of senior hires as it looks to capitalize on insurers increasingly using third-party investment firms.

Cassandra Becker joins Prosperity as chief compliance officer and counsel after a stint at Brookfield Asset Management. Matthew Petre is joining as head of business development. He was previously at Invesco Ltd.

Prosperity recently hired Jason Kelley and Chase Tarantino, former employees of Global Atlantic, an insurance company now owned by KKR & Co., according to a statement by the firm. Both joined the real estate debt investment team during the third quarter.
