A Columbus, Ohio-based bank and two American International Group Inc. units agreed to end a coverage dispute over the bank’s settlement with bankruptcy trustees over former customers’ fraudulent transfers.
Huntington National Bank, AIG Specialty Insurance Co., and National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa. filed a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice in the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on Monday.
