Hartford Insurer Dismisses Suit Against Coca-Cola Dairy Unit

A Hartford Insurance Group Inc. unit is dropping its suit against Coca-Cola Co.'s dairy subsidiary Fairlife LLC over coverage for litigation alleging the company made false advertising claims about animal care and sustainability.

Navigators Insurance Co. filed a notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Oct. 10, only a week after filing the suit.
