Cincinnati Specialty Underwriters Insurance Co. and a gun dealer agreed to end a coverage dispute over defense costs for a case brought by the city of Baltimore alleging the dealer sold untraceable “ghost guns.”
The dismissal was granted Wednesday by Judge Stephanie A. Gallagher of the US District Court for the District of Maryland after the parties announced earlier this month that they finalized a settlement reached in February.
