German Property Investor’s Rating Canceled After Suspension (1)

A rating for German asset manager DF Deutsche Finance Holding AG got canceled, just months after it was flagged for a potential deterioration and then suspended.

Scope Fund Analysis GmbH had put Deutsche Finance’s asset management rating under review for a possible downgrade in September and then suspended it the next month when the firm didn’t produce requested information, according to a release from Scope dated Jan. 26. Scope continued to interact with Deutsche Finance but ultimately withdrew the rating when the firm said it was no longer needed, according to the statement.
