GEICO won a ruling barring a medical laboratory from seeking new arbitrations over drug test reimbursements, after a federal judge raised doubts about the merits of such tests.
The insurance giant is suing Advanced Comprehensive Laboratory LLC, known as TopLab, for submitting more than $10 million in allegedly fraudulent billing claims for urine testing given to car accident victims.
