Chicken producer Foster Farms LLC settled a dispute with Beazley Insurance Co. over coverage for underlying antitrust litigation on the eve of oral arguments before a federal appeals court.
In a Thursday filing, the parties informed the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit that the oral arguments scheduled for Friday would be unnecessary because they had settled the dispute.
