Fairfax Insurance Unit Sues to Duck Town Park Baseball Injury

A Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. unit sued to avoid covering underlying litigation brought by a woman who said she was injured by a baseball from a youth game at a park owned by an Illinois town.
