Equestrian Center Fails to Knock Out Pollution Insurance Dispute

An American Financial Group Inc. insurance unit won a ruling from a California federal judge to pursue its suit seeking to limit coverage for a river pollution case against an equestrian center.

The US District Court for the Eastern District of California denied Cosumnes Corp.'s bid to dismiss or pause Great American Alliance Insurance Co.'s suit in an order filed Monday.
