E-Commerce Firm Dismisses Insurance Case Over Data Center Losses

An e-commerce company is dropping its suit against a W. R. Berkley Corp. insurance unit seeking coverage for losses related to a burst water pipe at a data center hosting servers after reaching a settlement.

Omni Retail Enterprises LLC voluntarily dismissed its suit with prejudice in a Tuesday filing in the US District Court for the District of Idaho.
