Corebridge Taps Manulife’s Costantini as CEO, Hogan to Step Down

Corebridge Financial Inc. hired Manulife Financial Corp.’s Marc Costantini as chief executive officer, a role he’ll assume Dec. 1.

Costantini will also join the board of Corebridge, according to a company statement. He’ll replace current CEO Kevin Hogan.

“He has a strong customer orientation and a proven track record of successful strategic evolution, profitable growth and shareholder value creation,” Alan Colberg, chairman of the board, said in the statement. “Marc is the ideal individual to lead our company as we move into the next chapter.”
