Corebridge Sells Latest Canadian Bond Amid Record Supply (2)

Corebridge Global Funding sold a C$750 million ($536 million) bond, adding to what’s been a record amount of Canadian debt sold by foreign firms.

The funding arm of retirement servicer and life insurer Corebridge Financial Inc. priced four-year notes Tuesday 0.8 percentage point above benchmark, according to people familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified as they aren’t authorized to speak publicly.

Corebridge Global raised C$500 million in January, with orders triple that amount. Demand was less for its latest deal at 2.2 times supply, the people said.
