Chubb Unit, IT Services Firm Settle Cyber Breach Coverage Case

A Chubb Ltd. unit and an IT services company agreed to settle a coverage dispute over a nearly $4 million judgment in an underlying case related to a cybersecurity breach.

The agreement between Ace American Insurance Co., All Copy Products Inc., and the law firm Ace hired to defend the company in the underlying suit will resolve the case in its entirety, the parties told the US District Court for the District of Colorado in a Thursday filing.
