California Lyft Riders Hit by Insurance Scheme, Class Suit Says

CSAA Insurance Group was sued by a proposed class alleging the carrier charged California Lyft Inc. riders for a robust policy intended to cover accidents involving other at-fault drivers who lack insurance, while secretly providing an illegal policy designed to deny or delay claims.
