Huntington Ingalls Inc., formerly known as Avondale Shipyards Inc., couldn’t prove that its former employee was exposed to asbestos from insuree Eagle Inc. and that it happened during two Berkshire policy periods between August 1974 and August 1977, according to a Thursday opinion in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
