A Berkshire Hathaway Inc. insurance unit was hit with a lawsuit from the owner of a former minor league baseball team in Oregon seeking payment for a $5.55 million judgment and defense costs in underlying litigation over failed negotiations for a new agreement with Major League Baseball.
