Apollo’s APAC Credit Executive Pulavarti Is Said to Leave Firm

Vidyasagar Pulavarti, a managing director specializing in credit at Apollo Global Management Inc., has left the firm, according to people familiar with the matter.

Pulavarti was on a three-month gardening leave, which ended June 30, said the people, who declined to be identified because the information is private. Based in Sydney, Pulavarti was responsible for originating, structuring and executing credit deals across the Asia Pacific.

He is exploring opportunities, including jobs in the same industry, the people said. Pulavarti declined to comment when reached on his cellphone.
