AmTrust Insurer Ends Grenade Suit Coverage Row With Defense Firm

An AmTrust Financial Services Inc. unit dropped its suit against a defense parts company over coverage for an $8 million consent judgment in a case alleging the manufacturer failed to deliver grenades meant for the National Police of Ukraine.

Republic-Vanguard Insurance Co. filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with prejudice Monday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
