Michael T. Carr has joined Akerman’s litigation practice group as a partner in the New York office, the firm said Wednesday.
Carr’s practice concentrates on real estate litigation, representing landlords, developers, and managers, according to Akerman.
He has litigated cases in Federal District Court and in New York State trial and appellate courts, said the firm.
