AIG Seeks to Knock Out Delaware Insurance Dispute Over M&A Deal

An American International Group Inc. unit is asking a Delaware state court to toss a suit brought by a decorative surface provider seeking insurance coverage for an alleged misrepresentation made by a seller in an M&A deal finalized in 2023.
