Willkie Announces Private Equity Partner Poss as New Joint Chair

Partner Jeffrey Poss will assume the role of joint Chairman of Willkie Farr & Gallagher on Jan. 1, 2027 the firm announced Tuesday.

Poss, who has spent nearly his entire career at Willkie and the past decade leading the firm’s private equity practice, will serve alongside current leader Matthew Feldman. Thomas Cerabino will step down as chairman at the end of 2026 and will continue to practice at the firm.
