The US Olympic & Paralympic Committee has appointed William King as its new general counsel, the organization said Monday.
King will serve as a member of the organization’s executive leadership team, providing legal, governance, and compliance oversight, USOPC said. He will also serve as corporate secretary to the board of directors.
King joins the USOPC from the Southeastern Conference, where he served as associate commissioner for legal affairs and compliance since 2015.
