Wearable Tech Company Whoop Taps Lynch as Chief Legal Officer

Whoop, a maker of wearable devices, on Monday said it named Jason Lynch as chief administrative officer and chief legal officer.

Lynch joins from venture capital firm Foundry, where he served as general counsel and chief operating officer working with companies like Whoop on scaling and legal matters.

Lynch will oversee legal, security, people & culture and facilities for Whoop. Prior to joining Foundry, Lynch was a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs and early in his career was an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York.
