Virginia Agency Settles With Female Geologists Over Pay Gap (1)

The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality reached a settlement with three female geologists who allege they were paid lower salaries because of their sex.

Valerie McGee, LeAnn Moran, and Heather Evans notified the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on July 7 that the parties had resolved the matter outside of court.

The notice doesn’t detail the contents of the settlement.
