Venable Recruits Taylor Swift Attorney Doug Baldridge as Partner

Doug Baldridge rejoined Venable as a partner in its commercial litigation practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Baldridge represents major US corporations in the pharmaceutical, technology, consumer products, and fuel industries, entertainers and celebrities, real estate developers, publishers, shareholders, and other clients in high-stakes litigation, the firm said.

He has served as outside legal counsel to Taylor Swift and 13 Management since 2013, and most recently oversaw and advised Taylor Swift and her team on legal matters in-house.
