Vedder Price Hires Kurzer as Intellectual Property Partner

Michael Kurzer joined Vedder Price as a shareholder in its intellectual property practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Kurzer focuses his practice on providing clients with strategic counsel on intellectual property, information technology, and data privacy and security matters, including licensing and due diligence for technology-focused mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments, the firm said.

He joins from Vinson & Elkins.
