Senior leaders of self-driving truck startup TuSimple Holdings Inc. are facing litigation over claims their recent corporate coup may have exposed the company to espionage charges.
An investor sued current and ex-members of the board Monday, hitting them with with wide-ranging misconduct allegations. One of the co-founders named as a defendant is allegedly an affiliate of Sun Dream Inc., a subsidiary of Sina Corp., which operates Sina Weibo, the Chinese equivalent of Twitter.
